Bio

Here’s a bit about me! I have achieved a Master of Science in Management, and I’ve completed undergraduate work in Business and Behavioral Science, post graduate work at Harvard Business School, and several Life Coaching programs. I am a proud grandmother, mother, coach, mentor and survivor of life’s challenging journeys. I retired from being a full time college professor in 2019, where I taught classes in communications, business, and management.

As a professor, I had the honor of teaching students both online and in a traditional classroom setting. I was passionate about equipping young adults to understand themselves, God, and others and successfully manage challenging situations. My areas of expertise were team building, effective communication, and understanding the power of words.

My life coaching sessions are based on the power of Kintsugi. This is the Japanese art of smashing a pottery – then reassembling it with a glue sprinkled with pure gold. The theme and end result is that it is more valuable than before and stronger than before it was destroyed. Thus, self-healing can, through proper coaching, heal us and bring us into a restored life that is more powerful, valuable, and stronger than ever.

I am blessed with three grandchildren, a daughter, son, and two step daughters.
After a great loss in my life and being single for years, I met someone online who had also suffered great loss. Together, we are now traveling through the autumn and winter seasons of life. Each day is a treasured and priceless gift. God restores.

In everything I do, I do my best to passionately and intentionally seek God with my mind, soul, and heart and honor Him in all activities. As a coach, it is my goal to be a channel of healing to others through mentorship. My desire is to empower clients in finding restoration and new life.
